‘Bread of the dead’ just got healthier – The recipe mentions a bread machine. Can this recipe be prepared without the use of a bread machine? I don’t want to have to get a bread machine to run the dough through the dough cycle. I have an amazing Kitchen Aid mixer, and that’s what I use for most of my baking needs. Thanks for your time and attention to this matter.

Elaine you have been mentioned in Kathryn Marsden book -good gut healing- regarding recipes for reflux sufferers . Could you please tell me what section I can find them under your website.

I’m reading “Tell me what to eat if I have acid reflux” and I am really enjoying it. I want to start working out but I cannot afford a gym membership. Can you recommend any good books/websites with information on how to create your own workout plan? Looking online has proved to be overwhelming.

Hi there just wanted to give you a quick heads up.
The words in your article seem to be running off the screen in
Chrome. I’m not sure if this is a format issue or something to do with web browser compatibility but I thought I’d post to let
you know. The style and design look great though!
Hope you get the issue fixed soon. Kudos
